  • Okay you all might think I'm crazy, but I've used Bio-Oil TWICE and I can already see a difference. My stretch marks(29 year old stretch marks from 2 of my 4 boys weighing in at 10 pounds) are not only less noticeable but my skin is smoother-NO JOKE!   • I do at least 45 minutes Monday through Friday of cardio-usually a DVD first thing in the morning. M-W & F I do weights for about 20 minutes. Since spring, I also walk a mile in the morning and a mile in the evening with my 5 year old riding his bike. On the weekends, I do yard work and walk.

  • Compared to my stationary bike, 1200 seems pretty accurate. If I ride for 45 minutes, I burn over 750 calories and that's just on a stationary bike. My choice would definately be ice cream!!
