Well the good news is that I am down 2 whole pounds to 205. I had 2 mini goals set for this week and sadly didn't make either of them, had wanted to be under 200 and getting into the next size smaller of pants. I am at least finally over this cold which has sidelined me for 2 weeks and am back to exercising and feeling…

So happy to have finally beaten this nasty, stinkin' cold! Made it to jazzercise everyday this week and am looking forward to hitting the pavement for a jog tomorrow morning- and then of course getting on the scale. Happy Friday to everyone! up a pound to 207, completely stinks, hoping its due to TOM, but I am at Disneyland now with a few friends and figured I better get this weigh in before I get any farther into vacation. Hopefully all this walking will keep the damage to a minimum but, at least I have jazzercise and my running shoes waiting for me happily…

If you need an extra boost, try taking your measurements, they should be down. Lots of times- but not always I find that during a plateau I have shrunk and taking measurements helps to ride it out. Stash some protein bars in your purse, that way if you need to cave then it is a controlled amount.

That is absolutely fabuous, you willb e doing great by then. Disney has a a few races, 2nd weekend in January is the marathon and 1/2 marathon they also have relays and shorts races. End of February is the Princess 1/2 marathon
