Hi Everyone I weighed 176.2 this morning so I lost 4.2lbs. I'm very very suprised but also happy, I never lose that much so I'm a little scared about next week. 684 oz of water 20 miles 100 pushups (girly style & only 10 at a time) Looks like everyone did awesome this week. Great Job!!!
