i make this recipe: http://www.mountainmamacooks.com/2012/10/all-purpose-slow-cooker-shredded-chicken/ and then use it for everything! ~~~OH and i use my kitchenaid mixer to shred the chicken. ~~~~ it's fast and does an amazing job! for a lunch option with the chicken, i like to do something like this:…

yay everyone! these are all really exciting and encouraging! i've really been trying hard this week to hit my macros, and i've been doing a lot better than in the past! i was so stuck on calories before that i hardly even noticed the other numbers! i'm so glad i've gotten away from that mindset and started focusing on…

awesome progress! you are totally adorable!

great job!!!! scales can be so deceiving. they don't know the difference between fat and muscle. i try to go by how my clothes fit, and it always feels good to fit into a smaller size! KEEP IT UP!

you're adorable! looks like lots of hard work has paid off! oh and i love the swimsuit, where'd you get it??

yep, i agree with what everyone else it saying... and sorrrrry to be crude, but you probably just need to take a big poop...
-
cool :) although i'm not sure why, i don't think anyone read it!
-
you may not think it is a huge success, but it's a success nonetheless! and don't forget to take your measurements now so you can compare later!! great job!
-
that was a great, thorough, and very clear explanation! i've been doing a little research in this area myself and it was so nice to have it explained in a way that makes TOTAL SENSE. thank you!

all this talk about protein bars is making me crave one

you look fantastic! keep it up!

i work with that person too. we were doing MFP together and both doing really well. then we both got sick and had to take a break from the gym. i guess she never went back. i've kept it up and even stepped it up a notch with strength training, and have my calories at maintenance. now she always tells me that i'm too…

be patient! successful weight loss takes a long time. set realistic goals and keep up the hard work. don't get down on yourself about a pound or two here or there. i promise that if you keep up good, healthy habits, you will see results! and you admitted yourself that you have noticed your clothes are looser. GREAT! that's…

you're not being patient enough. successful weight loss takes a long time. be patient, keep working hard and eating right, and you will see results. don't worry so much about the scale. pay more attention to measurements, how you actually look, how your clothes fit, and your overall physical feeling of health. i mean, do…

i love all my shoes, so if i can, i just stuff a couple of tissues into the toes so that i can wear them for longer :)
-
to help me with office celebrations, i bring healthier snacks for myself and then don't even go in the break room where the bad food is lurking!
-
WOW! great work!!!!! you are doing an amazing job, keep it up!!!

uh yeah... that ice cream i ate yesterday while making dinner...? but i logged it, and this morning at the gym, as the "calories burned" number went up, i was imaging those bites of ice cream literally melting off of me :) and i felt so refreshed afterwards!

yay! that's really exciting!!!! keep up the hard work! i'm sure you will look beautiful, especially because i know you will be smiling! i worked in the bridal industry and so i know how tough it can be doing measurements/sizing, especially with people who are self-conscious. i'm sure the people at the store were pleased…

yeah, definitely do both! it can't hurt, right? and you sound like me, i like to get in a little exercising at work too. squats or tricep dips in the elevator, lunges while waiting for documents to scan, etc. but only if no one is looking!
-
no matter what, you are doing an amazing job! you look great, but i agree with others - you aren't smiling in your "after" picture, and that needs to change!!! even if you don't hear it from your family, you can come to your MFP family for encouragement! :) i think it's possible that they just don't know what to say.…
-
nice job! i can tell from your smile that you are pleased with your progress, and you definitely have reason to be! keep up the good work!
-
i'm sorry to hear that! it can be disheartening. i am so thankful that my husband is very supportive of me, and there are people at my work who are into health and fitness too, so that's helpful too! another thing that really helps me is MFP friends! i saw you only have 3 :( you need to add more! they are a great source of…
