You can get flavoured coffe in the UK :) Douwe Egberts do caramel, hazlenut and vanilla ones that are really good and available in asda/morrisons/tesco etc. Whittards also do them but they aren't as nice..

Wow, this sounds so delicious! Couldn't think of a UK alternative for the cheesecake pudding so I just spent a small fortune on some of the Jell-o one from an online US import food store. Can't wait to try this :)

A couple of pieces of high cocoa content dark chocolate usually satisfes me, or if I want something a bit more filling then I'll have a low calorie hot chocolate drink. Not sure where you're from but in the UK brands like "Options" are only around 30cal a serving :)
