I weigh weekly and I log it. I try not to beat myself up about it if there is a slight gain. I can see what the trend is doing and judge it from that. As long as the trend is that it is going down, I'm happy.

I'm only 5'5 but even my numbers are as follows: BMR: 1735 TDEE: 2689 15% Cut: 2286 20% Cut: 2151 That's a few hundred more a day than MFP allows me.

I guess another reason I eat breakfast is because I usually am really hungry by then. I don't tend to eat after 8pm the evening before. I then don't eat my breakfast until between 8-10am which is 12-14hrs between meals overnight. No wonder I'm so hungry come morning.

I have to eat breakfast as I take medications that the doctors recommend I take with food. If I don't have breakfast and I wait too long I get shaky, headache, nausea and so on. I had one done a couple of years ago but it was for bone density purposes only as people with my disability are more prone to osteoperosis. Luckily for now mine was pretty good at +1.8. Didn't know they could be used for body fat.

I feel a lot better if I have a 1-1.5hr nap in the afternoon, I don't always do it but I find I'm a lot less cranky if I do.

Most people think White British, Dutch or German. When I was younger and had lighter hair I occasionally got the odd swedish comment. I'm actually English, Black Mauritian and Dutch so not that far off really for the most part, I'm the lightest person in my family the majority have dark skin.

I'm 19lbs down so far with 66lbs to go to get into the upper range of healthy BMI. Ideally I'd like to be a little lower than that maybe a few lbs.

Week 3 - +3lbs went significantly over my calories a few times this week. Just a blip though.

Week 1 - Been eating at 2300ish each day instead of the 1600 MFP had me on. Hardly ever hungry anymore, and am down 2lbs!! Happy with that. See what week 2 brings :-)

I worked at Caffe Nero for a few months. Am rather uncoordinated and clumsy so I was rather rubbish at it. Still had fun though and lots of free coffee!! :D

Many many foods! Usually with a high fat/high sugar content. When I buy a pack of anything I usually end up eating the whole pack.
