70lbs down...
I thought I would finally post a success story. I am 30 years old, transman from the UK, I wasn't a big person growing up, I was very skinny until I got hit pretty badly with depression and I doubled in weight in the space of a few years. I went from 7.5 stone (105lbs) at my lowest to just over 17 stone (240lbs) at my…

Musicals and Theatre
What musicals and theatre do you folks like? My partner is very into musicals so we go to the theatre a fair amount. My favourites so far have been Chess, Avenue Q, Priscilla the Musical, Lion King and Phantom of the Opera. I should try and get to see some plays more.

How much sleep do you get?
I get between 8-10hrs on an average night but sometimes as much as 12hrs. I was wondering how much sleep you all get. If I don't have my amitriptyline (to help with night pain) then I'm lucky if I get between 2-4hrs.

Still seeing yourself as big
So far I've lost about 35lbs and although the tape measure, scales, clothes all show that I've lost weight, I still see myself as big as I was before. My mind is having trouble catching up with my body. I still keep reaching for the XL clothes forgetting that they are far too big for me now and I should be going for a…

I get rather confused as to what to set my activity level, I am a wheelchair user and a student when I'm not in lectures I push myself around campus a…
