Nah I just usually go back to my normal pattern of eating and draw a line under it.

Excellent work! You really have come a long way. You look really different

# of posts isn't the first thing I look at to be honest. I don't post often here myself. I take everything on here with a huge pinch of salt, a lot of people have countless posts that doesn't make them right about stuff.

I prefer late afternoon/early evening but am restricted to whenever my support worker can get me there. If I go in the morning I find I have a massive energy slump in the afternoon. At least if I'm hit by an energy slump in the evening it is close enough to bed time to not matter too much. That could be more a chronic…

I fit into a size S pair of pyjamas. I was wearing an XXL at my biggest.

I am confident that I will get there eventually. Weight loss isn't my only goal. I've lost nearly 70lbs already, I'm adjusting my goals as I go along rather than having a distant unachievable goal. My next goal is 177lbs which is my goal weight for surgery, I'd ideally like to be a good 10lbs below that by the time I…

Treadmill, but that's because it's the only place I can do any walking. I can't do crutches/walkers because of the jarring motion on my shoulders. Before my disability got too bad though outside would have been my choice.

I'm in a similar position. I lost about 3 stone last year and gained back nearly 2 stone of that. I've been back on track for a month now and have lost 10lb of that. I've had to stop keeping the types of comfort food in the house and that has really helped. I generally am too lazy to go out just to go to the shops for junk…

You are looking fantastic hun and I really like the shorter hair. You look much much healthier and happier and that makes me so happy for you :D I'm so pleased that you have managed to stay out of ICU as I remember when you were in hospital a lot. Sending you lots of big hugs <3

I'm 5'5" and currently weigh between 168-172 as my weight fluctuates a lot. Depending on where I shop I wear a size small-medium top and 34"-36" waist trousers. I hit my surgery goal recently but want to lose another 4% BF, every time I've been the correct BMI I've been skinny and sickly looking which is not the look I'm…

Sorry about that, have adjusted the post so it should work now :)

Have lost an elephant heart and eventually will have lost a newborn calf! ????

I'm 30, my wife is 32 and no kids yet. We were planning on adopting but due to our health that has been put on hold. We have two cats, 7 and 8 called Pippin and Bilbo. Pippin is a persian, Bilbo is a persian cross.

I definitely know what you mean. I have trouble finding trousers for that reason, if it fits waist then the bum and legs are way too baggy. I also have the trouble of tshirts not fitting my arms as I push a wheelchair so have fairly big arms for my top size, so if I get the right size for my chest the sleeves are cutting…

The reason that data is often incorrect isn't actually down to user error but because manufacturers often alter recipes, so older entries will become inaccurate quite quickly. This site has been going for a while now so some of the entries are years old. Sometimes people put a year next to it to indicate that it was…

I was about 100-105lbs when I left high school which was 14 years ago. I went up to 225lbs and am now down to about 190lbs. My short term goal is 168lbs for surgery and then aiming for 140lbs as long term goal. I was rather underweight when I was in high school and really wouldn't want to go back to that, it wasn't…

Probably too long cooking it. If not try a few sprays of spray oil on it and that should help without adding too many cals to it.

I think I always knew there was something different about me. I was assigned female still birth but I never really felt female, I was quite lucky though as my step-dad always wanted a son and my mum pretty much let me do what I wanted with regards to clothing, hobbies toys etc. I had flings with guys and girls in my teen…

Love Rent! Totally forgot to mention that. Saw a one night only performance of it in London. I hope we get Hedwig here too, that would be awesome. Anyone seen Book of Mormon? As good as Avenue Q?

LOL! We saw Starlight Express earlier this year at the hippodrome. We so should catch a show together am sure Em would like that :-) We get some pretty good stuff touring locally.

Me too, am always happy to accept new friends on here.

Pansexual transsexual here. I've been with guys and ladies before, in a long term relationship with my wife who identifies as Gay. That confuses people!
