1200 seems very low for someone that tall. According to the MFP BMR calculator your BMR is 1731. You must be setting your goal at 2lbs a week to get a figure that low. I would try changing it to 1lb a week and you should get a more sensible figure.

Anything fast paced really. I have a few 90s dance albums on my ipod. That and a few albums by the likes of RuPaul and Jonny McGovern, lol. Just got to remember to not sing along to those whilst resting between machines, had some funny looks for that :P

Definitely not going to be counting on christmas day. I am planning on eating less than I have previously though, mostly due to the fact that I am now gluten and dairy free which puts most of the junk food out of limit. It will be just that day, after that it is back on track.

I usually have a snack of dried fruit and nuts to get in some quick calories if I'm under my minimum or peanut butter on toast. As my calorie goal is set at 1.5lbs per week I try to stick as close as I can to that goal.
