I've been doing the 20% ish below tdee since November and lost almost nothing so clearly that does not work for me. I tried to decrease about 100 cals for day.....still nothing. Eat at least your BMR and add some extra calories/protein on heavy workout days. You don't need to starve to lose weight.

Never eat below your bmr! MFP sets calories way too low, the only thing I hate about this site. Work out your tdee as well. Lifting weights and eating protein. I'm 170, 5'5 and losing about 1600 calories a day.... If I stop losing I might eat more NOT less:) Good luck.... Friend me if you're looking for support.

Muscles weigh the same as fat however muscles take up less room making us look smaller.... Lets not get confused! Work out your bmr and your tdee and do some research. I'd say your body is starving and you need to eat more. Don't forgot its all about healthy, clean foods that make us healthy:) Good luck!

Any exercise is good for you..I like the DVD because it's quick, a great workout and your muscles will hurt the next day. Don't focus so much on the number rather how you fell in your clothes:happy: :happy:
