  • Two days you've been at this and you're exhausted, really?????
  • Wow - Kakalina2, this is very close to when my beloved hubby died too. I so understand!! After 30 years of marriage life has so totally changed from what I thought it would be. For me, taking care of my eating and exercise was one of the very few things I can control - so I have kept at it. It is so hard when you realize…
  • Wow - thank you so much for being vulnerable to this crowd :) How exciting to know progress continues :)
  • Sounds like you are at the right place - this is a great tool, and joining a gym is a great step in the right direction! Keep trying different things until you find what you enjoy - then stick with it! Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like.
  • I felt the same way - but like after a year at the gym! Was afraid to take an entire week off working out. I walk regularly in between workouts though. Read on a weight lifting forum that it was actually good to take a week off a couple times a year! So - when I go on vacation - I don't worry if I miss the entire week at…

I consistently still track everything - it is important for me to not mindlessly put stuff in my mouth! I workout 3 days a week, and then get in 3 hours of cardio a week - either walks on the beach, tennis -…
  • Big salad with deli turkey, tuna salad and crackers, apple with peanut butter, lots of options. What about greek yogurt with blueberries and granola for breakfast?
  • I am certainly no expert - but after looking at your diary - I'd say you need to eat more protein and work out with some weights. Try to build some muscle instead of just doing cardio!
  • I am very interested to see responses as well. I lost 40 lbs doing 1200 cal - and have been maintaining for over 6 months now at around 1500-1600. Recently found the road map as well and have been calculating TDEE should be around 1750 - so it makes no sense to me. If that is true - I should still be losing weight at 1500.…
  • Do you cook the cauliflower first, or use it raw?
