  • I've done P90X twice and have also helped a number of other relative 'newbies' with it as well - it can be extreme yet can also be very accessible with modifications. I think it's a great balance with the strength training, stretching, abdominal work, plyometrics, kenpo and yoga. Let me know if you have further questions…
