Happy new year everybody! Currently at my heaviest weight. Got to my lowest for my 30th birthday and then spent the last decade gaining it back + a little extra. It’s been a tough few years but ready to get back at it! Hoping joining this thread will help me get back on track! CW: 230 GW: 168

I’ve no kids but have 2 dogs. Roxy is 10 and Alfie is 5. They drive me insane but I couldn’t be without them!!!

I’ve set myself a target to walk 30km this week...did just over 3 this morning so I’ll try get out for another walk later I’m back logging all my food and trying to cut out the snacks and alcohol that have become daily habits...warned hubby there will be sugar withdrawal mood swings!!!

I just tried a new fitness class...piloxing...it was great! It's a mix between Pilates, boxing and dance! High intensity and great fun! Also down 2.5lbs in ww this week so happy out!

First week back at ww-down 1.5lbs. Delighted!! Hadn't the best week but I logged everyday and cooked all my own meals so it's a start!
