  • I'm similar to the original poster, not a big fan of veggies in general so what I do is make vegetable soup, throw bit of everything in a pot, boil away and then puree, can eat them that way. Same thing with the fruit-make smoothies and much easier to eat them that way. Works for me anyway!
  • Started 30ds today (again!) my legs are slightly jelly like and couldn't do some of it but give it a few days and hopefully I'll be able for the press ups and squats!
  • I never thought I would make a fruit smoothie to cure my hangover but I just did! I normally go for crisps, ice-cream, coke and chocolate! But just reading this post inspired me to have a smoothie instead. Thanks to all!
  • I find a good way to avoid throwing the weights at th tv is turn her down and pump up my iPod ...so I watched and listened to her day one but now I know ho to do the exercises I don't have to listen to her tellin me abs don't come free! just listen to my music! I'm on level 1 day 5...finding I can do a lot more than day 1…
