  • I am having chicken with a mustard creme fraiche sauce and broccoli and peas for my diner tonight. Straight out of the garden as fresh as can be. Can't beat it.
  • It's so difficult because you think at the time that you enjoy the biscuits and then afterwards you just feel horrible because you can't believe that you've eaten so much. Well the only way is up. I have made a lovely low calorie couscous salad for tomorrow and have some great low calorie snacks.

  • I suspect that your daily calorie goal is to high. You could try to reduce this a bit further. For example for a women the calorie intake should be 2000 per day but as I am trying to loss weight my intake has been reduced to 1200 calories.   • I'm in. Any extra excercise is good. Not doing great in the weight loss department and can't seem to get below 11 stone.
