  • I also have a pedometer, mine logs both steps and miles. I walk a mile in about 15 minutes so you can calculate how many steps in a mile, then do a test and calculate it out. I usually do about 4 miles per day (12,000 steps for me) which I put in as 60 minutes of walking. Hope this helps! April
