Hey, I'm also engaged! Although we haven't set a date yet, I would love nothing more than to to be a healthy weight for my wedding, and be in the knowledge that I'll look good in a bikini for the honeymoon :)

I'm in! My goal is to drink at least 5 cups of water a day. Sometimes I go a whole day with just one, which is definitely not good for me and gives me dry, itchy skin due to dehydration!!

If I get one of those days, I just think that I need to log every single thing I eat, and that normally puts me off. Either that, or I plan what I want to eat, then I plan a workout for that day to counter what I eat. Good luck for today!

That I can eat as much fruit and veg as I like because they do count... Yes, they are healthier that sweets and pasta, but they still count towards your intake!

I'm 5' on the nose, currently 168, looking to get down to 104 eventually. Also trying to persuade my fiance to set a date for next year! And I agree Meraid, definitely gotta watch the scales!
