I will be going on one in Jan. I have been on 2 other cruises, and like everyone told you, eat sencible, drink tons of water, and you get so much exercise from walking to this place and that, that you really do loose what you eat. If not they do have a gym on the ship. Just have a great time

I found that out also,,I would always say "why am I gaining weight, I eat like a bird", but when I added my food I ate, I was surprised in the calories they had.

i read somewhere that AFTER the first 20min of exercising is when you start lossing body fat. I would think the longer you do it at a moderate pace would be better.

Hi, maybe you could help,,,I'm trying to loose about 30 lbs, I keep going over on my sugar goal, but never get close to my calorie intake, sometime I lie about what I eat so my friends don't yell because of my calorie intake being so low. I work 3rd shift, so when I eat is really goofie...... Help
