~MY~ Goal for August: 100 Today I went 5 miles + 3 total miles before ....which makes my total so far this month 8 miles ~GROUP~ Goal for month 2000 miles 5 miles is my total for today + 90.19 miles for the Group total so far = 95.19 miles (haha I guess I'm type A, too, because I was going to do the same thing!)

Just finished Day 1 and it was a lot harder than I was expecting! I haven't ever done much work towards upper body strength, and I feel like this will be very good for that. Just to add in for the calorie burn... I'm 5'3'' and about 160, and my HRM counted 250 calories burned. I was surprised that someone else mentioned…

I'd love to join this challenge, too! I've gotten in 30 min of cardio, 8 glasses of water, and several vegetables today. I'm Meg, 27, and I'm a teacher - so this is a busy time of year. With all the paperwork and meetings, it's hard to stick to eating well and exercising and still sleep!

I've been following WW on my own (i.e. no meetings or WW online - so free) while using MFP, and they've paired up really well. I've found WW to be really helpful in meal planning for the day.
