  • and i am finished! 30 day Shred is done :) I lost about 10 lbs and a few inches here and there (no exact measurements) Pants fit a lot looser and I really increased my upper body strength (push ups) and my general core which I never worked out before.
  • 3 more days left... After this I am on to weightlifting to build more muscle. The 30 day shred made me realize I was weak all over...lol

  • Level 2 is alot harder...lol By the end of level 1i was keeping up, however when I started level 2, I felt like a beginner again. Right now it's gotten better...so there is hope for us!
  • I was just thinking of starting a thread on this myself. I started doing it and just finished level 1 and now I am on day 6 of level 2.
  • did you eat yogurt afterwards? There is usually a yogurt dish called "raita" that cools your stomach :)
  • Mine is at 1290 and I find lots of vegetables keeps you full enough. I try to walk an hour everyday so that also allows me to eat more snacks throughout.
