I did this diet a lot when i was in high school...its a diet that good when u want to lose pounds fast for a special event or something once u start eating regular foods u gain it back its a diet orginally started in the hospitals for heart patients

well at 1st i wanted a workout buddy but then i realized it wont work either the other person is ready to go before i am or the days i want to go they dont want to so i prefer to use that time to think and focus but every1 is different

i luv 2 grill my chicken thats one thing i like chicken fajitas are good also chicken and brown rice

i want sweets like a brownie or something i wish i could find a better alternative to eating something more healthier and not so fattening

well i cut out foods that have high carbs like pasta and bread and potatoes things like that i do at least 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week and a little extra with my wii fit i can lose at least 3-4 pounds a week if i stick to it and dont mess up and i also track ym calories

Welll when i do interviews i search careerbuilder for tips...i study them n write them down..my current job is at an insurance company when i 1st interviewed i didnt get the job but after i researched the tips on the website i got the. Job because i was prepared n very much confident....

maybe u need to change ur eating habits...i changed my habits and im losing weight i set my goal at 1200 calories but i dont eat past 7pm i cut a lot of bread and pasta out i drink mostly water or crystal lights at time ,i added more veggies and fruits a lot more protein im trying to get a little more fiber in i work out…
