  • Pro-activ is the only thing that works for me. You will see results fast.
  • Give it up. Me and my girlfriend went on the same diet and exercise program for 3 mths. She gave up drinking and lost 25lbs. I continued to drink simply because I entertain non-stop and I only lost 7lbs:(....let's just say that I quit drinking after that. Good luck!
  • Try decaf, tastes the same and is so much better for you. With that being said be sure to read the ingredients and get one that is naturally decaffeinated. If your in Canada good ol timmys.
  • From research and word of mouth I have been told that Whey Protein is the best. With that being said I have not tried it. I tend to make a fruit filled shake every morning with a scoop of low fat peanut butter and skim milk and ice, unless I use frozen fruit then you don't need the ice. Tastes great and I feel great energy…
  • Keep crunching because you are building muscle and burning fat all at the same time. Faster results:)
