  • I had: 1 cup Fiber one caramel delight cereal. (if your having a hard time getting your fiber in this is DELISH) 1/2 cup 2% milk Coffe with creamer I do highly recommend the Fiber one cereal it is wonderful.

  • Are you able to take any clases or do a video? Sometimes you just need to change your routine to see results. If you do a cardio strength class they seem to work well for loosing inches.
