You look incredible. Congratulations to you and your hard work.

I would run with you! :)

Congratulations! You look great!

Sometimes I would do it twice a day (morning and evening). Once I even did it three times. I had already been doing it for a few weeks at that time, so I wasn't over doing it and it didn't make me sore to do it more than once a day.

Congratulations! Your hard work really shows. Love the dress!

I am going to try these - thanks for sharing!

I used to hate Greek yogurt, too. Couldn't understand why everyone was raving about it. I tried several brands, flavors, etc. and finally gave up. Then one day, I tried a free sample for the heck of it and I liked it. Don't know why. I eat it all the time now (any brand or flavor). Odd.

5-1/2 mile trail run (13 degrees outside and could not feel my body when done). Followed by a 1-1/2 mile afternoon run on treadmill (MUCH warmer). LOL.

Almost exactly a year ago to the day! It was so cold I couldn't feel my body. I think my face was frozen in a smile after that. LOL.

Bump. TY!

You see someone running while you are driving and wish it was you!

Congratulations to you! Your story is very inspirational. Keep up the good work!

I started c25k during week three of 30DS. After a few weeks of c25k I was way ahead phisically of what the program said I was supposed to be doing. I credit this to doing the 30DS first and having a strong cardio/strength base. I have been running for over a year and am definitely "converted". I have been consistantly…

I've come home from work on a "rest" day and went for a quick run because I felt like it. Go for it!

How about my rescue HORSE? Here she is, our sweet Japayla. My daughter and I are doing a 5-1/2 mile trail run race this weekend with proceeds going to local animal shelter. I am also bringing dog food to donate to the shelter.

Congratulations on your weight loss AND marathon. Great finish time, too! A full marathon is my ultimate goal -- thanks for sharing.

When I log riding my horse every day for 30 minutes that really IS what I'm doing. Honestly. :blushing:

If it's flat, how are we able to dig to China?

Way to go, beautiful lady. LOVE your advice!

As much as I would like to run every day, I "make" myself take rest days so my body can rest and my muscles can repair. I ALWAYS take the day off before a race. At the race site, I will stretch and run a very little bit to loosen and warm up. Have FUN and GOOD LUCK to you!
-
I'll have one for you! (no need to thank me, I don't mind)
-
Keep me posted if you do! I kicked the idea around on FaceBook and have some receptive takers. LOL. Looks like I'll be hosting a running party. Now if only I could get my husband to make us all pancakes.....

There are even bibs, posters and certificates you can download from their website.

W O W! You are beautiful and look 20 years younger. Congratulations on your success.

Nobody? The whole world is supposed to be involved. LOL. I was thinking of fun things to do in honor of World Run Day November 11th. I was thinking it would be neat to get friends/family together for a group run? No more than a 5K length so everyone could finish. Maybe have some sort of inexpensive medal/award for…

Did 4 miles in 37 minutes! Coldest morning since last April and not as many people on the bike path at 6:30 A.M. They just aren't bada$$ enough!!!
-
You finished AND beat your goal! Congratulations!

No advice just good luck! I am hoping to do my first half next year. A friend of mine is doing a full Air Force Marathon in Dayton, OH, tomorrow. Is that where you are?
