Why so much animosity on the boards? We're ALL beautiful.

Clever idea! Thanks for sharing.

Congratulations! You are gorgeous and success stories like yours are such an inspiration for the rest of us. Thanks for sharing. I LOVE the home gym. I'm trying to do the same in my basement -- thanks for those pics, too.

Congratulations! You are doing great. One of my motivators for losing weight is also the benefits of better riding and comfort for my horse. I bet you both are a lot happier!

I cry if there's a happy ending. I cry if there's a sad ending. I'm just sappy like that. Too many movies to list.

Quitting smoking doesn't cause weight gain. Over-eating does. The benefits of quitting far outweigh the few pounds you "may" gain if you temporarily compensate with food. You can lose a few pounds. Cardiovascular disease, lung cancer, emphysema, heart attacks, stroke, etc. are forever. Quit today! Quitting was one of the…

Going on a cruise is definitely on the bucket list. Where do we apply for the 10 grand?

I completed the 30DS and I really enjoyed it. I didn't lose too many pounds, but definitely lost INCHES. Good luck and enjoy!

I'm proud of myself for running outside today even tho it was really cold. My ears were freezing, but I didn't cut my run short because of it. Back to the indoor track tomorrow, tho. LOL.

I added a banana to mine yesterday.

Very true. They take a lot longer to cook than "instant" oats. With all these great add-in suggestions, I will have to give them another try. I did notice (as mentioned here), they do keep you fuller longer.
-
Yes, Russ! I had thought of that. My Thoroughbred is quite fond of warm, cooked oatmeal, so I'm sure he wouldn't complain about the oats like me.
-
Thanks for the suggestions. I will try adding some flavor next time.

My dog gets dry food and she's more than happy. She's happy with anything edible! My neighbors switched to "natural" home cooked meals for their German Shepard because he was constantly having seizures (sometimes several a day). In a short period of time, the seizures were almost non-existent! There's something to be said…

This one looks good! I hope they are coming to the Chicago area. I live in Illinois, too. I did the Super Bowl Shuffle 5K in Geneva yesterday. Here is a link to one I plan on doing. You get to run two times around the track at the Chicago Speedway (5K total). http://tiger5k.webs.com/
