I'm 5'2", just shy of 5'3". I started at 160 lbs after having my daughter. I'm now at 119-121 (fluctuates each week), but my ultimate goal is either 115 or I'd be happy where I'm at if I could tone up my belly. :)

I used to think that you HAD to only eat salads & vegetables all the time to get skinny. I learned that you don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. Portion control & lots of exercise is what does it for me. :)

I've just started lifting ANY type of weights recently & I'm using a 10lb kb. I think I will get a heavier one soon enough, though.

I'm 5'2" & I'm at 150-ish, I think. I say "I think" because I dont own a scale & I'm afraid to get one, since I once had an unhealthy obsession of weighing myself at least 4 times a day. 150 was my weight the last time I was weighed at the doc's office. Anyway, I'd love to be 120, but right now I'd settle for 130. :)
