  • I walk as often as I can on lunch. In Connecticut, the problem is not the heat but the cold. I am much happier walking outside than going to the gym at night.
  • Every morning before breakfast. I find that watching small swings help me to understand the importance of daily exercise and of not "grazing" in the evening. The .2 or .4 loss is very motivating to me. As is the same type of gain.
  • I try to ride my bike to work on nice days, about 2 miles each way. I also try to do a 40 to 60 minute walk each day. I do fall behind in the winter and need to make a better effort.
  • Terrific job, you should be very proud.
  • In my experience the most dangerous time to overeat is the time between dinner and bed. Counting calories definitely helps. maybe you can log on and insert the caloric intake BEFORE you chow down. Just seeing how you are impacting your goal may help you to cut back. good luck.
