If you want to incorporate nuts into your diet but find them hard to digest, try soaking them in water. Raw walnuts soaked in water are particularly good.

I see a HUGE difference in your pictures. Your face looks absolutely different, and you're lovely. Please keep in mind that you would have seen a very different set of photos with 50+ pounds added on. I have a lot of irrational thoughts when PMS strikes. I feel your pain there.
