I do pretty much the same thing as a side dish. But for a complete dinner, I add sliced polish sausage. YUM!

My husband loves cold tuna salad, but absolutely despises anything with "hot" tuna. But these sound delish to me and would be great for a quick lunch.

I will be logging and watching how much I eat AND I will be conscious of every beer I drink. I know my calorie intake will be over but tomorrow is a new day.

Need all the inspiration and motivation I can get to lose and maintain this time so that I feel better physically and mentally.
