you could always try a body cleanse. That with some good exercise would be a quick way but I don't know how permanent the weight would stay off. The only way to really keep weight off is to change lifestyle. This site is a good start

I love this website! I am addicted to it! I love tracking everything I eat, it really helps me realize how much crap I eat which in turn makes me pay more attention to what I'm eating! Hope you all love this site as much as I do!
