  • My advice would be to not cut calories drastically. Aim for a loss of about 1 lb per week. Might be slow but won't affect your supply.   • I'm happy to report that I reached my goal for this week. Completed all the challenges and reached my 700 exercise minutes. Plus lost weight 4 weeks in a row now. I'm feeling good about that. Just 11 lbs to go to get to goal # 1. Looking forward to meeting the same goals this upcoming week.
