So far so good. Yesterday, I mindlessly took up a few sweets from a stash I have. Just a force of habit. I promptly put them back when I realized what I had done. Start date: Jan. 2, 2024 Me: 2 LNS: 0 Streak: 2

I'll join! For me late night snacking is not the issue though, snacking in general is. I find that I mindlessly eat through out the day, especially if I'm home alone and bored. So my LNS will represent "Unplanned snacking". Start date: Jan. 2, 2024 Me: 1 LNS: 0 Streak: 1

Weigh In Day: Sunday PW (Previous Weight): 138.6 lbs CW (Current Weight): 137.8 lbs Hi everyone, Sidonnie checking in. Captain, can you please adjust my starting weight in the spreadsheet. I had put 138.4 lbs but I just checked my weigh in book and realized I was actually a bit heavier than I thought. Down 0.8 lbs thisβ¦

@Katmary71 @trooworld @DrewsAnna Thank you all so much! I'm really looking forward to meeting some goals with the help of this group. A little about me: I'm Sidonnie, a 41 y/o Jamaican actually living in Jamaica. I am a teacher who works about an hour away from where I live. I have 3 kids (ages 12, 6 and 4) and I'm aβ¦

Yes, I believe we can! Although as @murdog3t said, we need to get our challenges done to have a chance. Come on Team 2! Let's battle it out till the very end! By the way, this pep talk is really for me because I'm not in a great mood at all right now and am supposed to work out today but not feeling it whatsoever. Husbandβ¦

Oh I'm sorry! Not sure where I got that from...

@Cindyk4919 Ouch! Sounds (and looks) painful! @Joanna2012B Hey, you're in Colorado right? What's the weather like there right now? My husband is going on a business trip to Canon City (I know I'm missing the tilde LOL) I think it's called.

CHALLENGE #3 I ate four green vegetables this week: green sweet pepper, spinach, lettuce and cucumber.
-
CHALLENGE #2 I chose βTEK IT EASY MON!β from week 8 (Jamaica). I did this one again because I really enjoyed it when we did it. Plus my muscles are a bit sore from my gym sessions and I find this video very helpful for muscle soreness.
-
CHALLENGE #1 I chose "MUAY THAI ANYONE?" from week 4 (Thailand) because I enjoy kickboxing workouts and this one was no exception.
-
Thanks @tinacuso and @RandiNoelle ! 5th place ouch! That's ok, I know we are going to rally back this week. The challenges are super easy since we get to choose what we like. Let's see if we can get ALL challenge points this week. It'd be a first for us but totally doable. I'm done with all of mine already (see below).

CHALLENGE #3 I used NUTMEG in my oats porridge. I use all the other seasonings daily, but nutmeg I hardly use so I decided to use it to spice up my oats porridge. I may have used too much though because the taste was a bit strong. I will use it again but much less next time.

Thank u @energyseeker, @lbenson2006, @jenilla1 (that cakes looks DELICIOUS), @Joanna2012B, @Sheri869 for the birthday greetings. Thank God I only have 1 a year though because it seems I lost my d*mn mind right after. For the past 3 days I've been overindulging, eating non stop junk and skimping on exercise. (Part of it wasβ¦
