It's the opposite for me..My FH wants me to eat better and is all about eating better but i love junk food! If you are the one who buys groceries and cooks, then just buy things that are good for you. He can't eat what you don't have and if he's like my fh he won't go out shopping and cook himself a meal lol

Yea weight loss is 80% diet so gotta watch what you eat. I have a friend who goes to the gym but eats whatever she wants and is gaining weight..I keep trying to tell her but to no avail!

I agree with everything that was said, men are super awesome! As a previous poster stated, they beat the hard parts in games for us. I spend days trying to get past a part and my man comes along and beats it in one try...it's like you were born being awesome at video games lol

I'm going to start it on Monday so that I can follow the callendar and give myself time to get some healthy groceries. I tried the pencil test last night and was pleasantly surprised that it would not stay!!! :)

Mini challenges sounds like a great idea! I am in another group where we have weekly mini challenges! This week is to stay under your calories on the weekend so Friday-Sunday *gasp* and to get in at least 30 minutes of strength training 3 days this week which should not be hard with Jillian!

Wow under the calories for the weekend, that will surely be a toughy for me! I do the shred pretty much everyday which is 30 minutes including strength training so that should not be a problem!

Hi Ladies, Just finished day 8 of level 1 and it's getting much easier so I am looking forward to level 2 later this week! I finally decided to take before shots and even posted them so that I could really see where I need to tone and give me motivation to do so! Can't wait to see all of your before and after shots!

I finished L1 day 7 yesterday! I am getting a bit better but i still struggle pretty bad:( I fear I will NEVER be able to do all the push-ups, just not in the cards for me lol. Great job keeping with it ladies, you are doing amazing!!!

So I think that I am going to start Level 2 today, I am getting bored of level 1. I am getting better with L1 but it's still pretty hard, do you think I could handle L2 if L1 is still hard for me?
