I need to rearrange the last bits and pieces in the garage so that we can use the weight bench again. Today seems like the perfect day to do that. :)

Is that the Gary Taubes book? I haven't read it, but I've read a more recent book by him "Why We Get Fat." I think it's based on "Good Calories, Bad Calories" only more read-able. It seems counter to a lot of the dietary information out there, but a lot it made sense to me.
