A change in routine is sure hard to get used to! I hear you! This week was the week I made good changes to mine. I feel great, just hoped the scale would show the results. Don't give up!

I'm going to re-start my C25K Challenge. My husband and I plan on running every night until the weigh in this week. I will also add 100 "Girl Push Ups" & 100 Sit Ups per day.

Great Motivating Pics Pam!! You're killing me though. Workout everyday...I will try my best, Monday is the day of my return to work after 1 year of maternity leave! Does getting out of bed and having the kids in the car by 7 count. LOL I guess this is the week to get my butt in gear in numerous ways!! Thanks!

I am one of the ones that posted last week about having a salty tooth! I made a point to avoid salty food last week to try and challenge myself since I rarely eat anything sugary. So does that mean I should eat Sugar this week?? :) (Just kidding of course)! Have a great week everyone! Thank you Michael for your challenges…
