Yes Yes Yes, It's really hard to eat 1800 calories even for me. As long as you are eating your calorie goal and getting some workouts in you will drop the pound. I was stressing about this too but when I had a bad week I still lost the pound because a bad week here is still better than the old way, does that make sense????…

Hey when I was in college I ran the track. You can walk or Jog a mile a day (4 big laps) and be fine. Or 2 miles every other day. Track what you eat on this website and it will help you see what is really bad for you. Good luck and you can add me as a friend if you like.

At home..I sleep on right too with my hub on the left. He likes to sleep closest to the door to keep me safe so that could change in hotels, etc...

The website will help you figure out how many calories to eat to maintain that goal, I would work out 5 days too. Good luck.

just get a salad as a starter and drink water with it, eat your meal or half of it. If you still have room for dessert DONT eat anything out. Go get a suger free ice cream bar OR jello sugar free. That's what I would so so you don't feel like your missing out.

Just have fun and start back on your program the next day. One is of relaxation would be good.

Hi all. Just wanted to update you guys. I was able to jog a min and walk a min for 25 mins straight yesterday. Then I did 5 mins on the stairmaster just to make it 30 mins. I was so tired but it felt soooooooo good. Thanks for all your replys to keep trying I am glad I did. I am going to keep this up!

LISTEN TO YOUR HUBBY YOU CAN WALK OR BUY WORKOUT DVDS AS LONG AS HE SUPPORTS YOUR WEIGHT LOSS THEN I WOULD SAY BUMP THE GYM ITS BETTER TO HAVE A PEACEFUL HOUSEHOLD THEN TO LISTEN TO ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW YOU GOOD LUCK (IF YOUR HUBBY DOESNT SUPPORT YOUR WEIGHT LOSS THEN SCREW HIM DO WHAT YOU WANT)

I agree with Britt cheat meals would be better for me too. I'd hate to blow the whole day ... Try to have whatever you what in moderation!

I just started my life change but here is what i think: Eat whatever you want but don't eat as much. I eat pasta for lunch but only have a cup of it.. Pudding snacks are yummy too. I am not good with breakfast but you can have toast, coffee or fruit to stay low cal. Good luck

ADD ME AS A FRIEND I THINK YOU ARE OFF TO THE SAME START AS ME I JUST STARTED THE GYM AND CALORIE CUTTING AND IM DOWN 4 POUNDS I EAT ABOUT 5 TIMES A DAY BUT CAN SEE WHAT'S WORTH EATING AND WHAT'S NOT. GOOD LUCK
