That happens to my hubby some how... Try to put coco butter lotion on there and keep the area clean. it takes 3-5 days to heal up... sorry BTW i lost 4 pounds says the scale at my gym i hope its true i am soooooooooo happy

I USE LEVORA AND I HAVE TO EAT WHEN I TAKE IT OR I FEEL LOOPY AND DID GAIN A FEW POUNDS HONESTLY I THINK ITS ONE OF THE BEST BECAUSE I HAVE HEARD HORROR STORIES ABOUT SOME OF THE OTHER OPTIONS ON THE MARKET. GOOD LUCK AND GOOD FOR YOU BEING SAFE N ALL

Do me a favor and feel so good about working out. Do not worry about how you look, think about what you are going to look like. Use it as motivation. ..and when you can, get one of those outfits you are taking about. Girl, get in where you fit in.

Asch is right, I just joined also and find eating better and working out when I can is golden. I feel better, and once I start seeing results I am sure it will feel soooo gooood. Just start tracking all your bad habits and take them out of your life one at a time. you can do it..

Thanks Aw Mom, good point about dinner. The problem is my hubby eats a lot so I am also cooking more than enough for two... which leaves the door open for overeating.. I will try to stick to NO SECONDS.
