I have actually done the Adovcare thing a couple times. I like the Spark a lot, but I don't really notice an increase of energy from it... more just an increase of focus.

I agree, I'm not strong enough to keep up with them since I only have 5 and 10 lb weights as well. I usually just to two (one on each side), then skip the next two -- basically every other one. YES to both of these! Not sure if it was the (finally) warm whether, or if this is a lot harder than 30DS, but I was sweating like crazy! Also, as a soccer player, workout DVDs very rarely give me a good leg workout, but today my quads and hamstrings are DEAD! I'm loving this! Did day 1 last night, and day 2 this morning.

I'm starting tomorrow too! Not sure yet about a rest day. On the 30DS my muscles never felt too sore the next day so I didn't feel like I needed a rest day. I'll do 6 days of RI30 and if I feel like I need a rest day I'll take one. But in general, you're supposed to do each circuit for 7 days right?
