MEEE TOOO!! I spend a lot of time typing everything out and then up just deleting it and never posting it.

I'm with you on this. Although I feel like since I've been drinking diet for so long I don't like the taste of full calorie sodas anymore. Not sure if that's "swearing off" or just adjusting tastes...

Well we have to agree to disagree then. They work great for me for short term results... I use that "Fat Girl 6 Pack" stuff. Lather it on pretty generously, wrap some saran wrap on top and then wrap a couple ace bandages around that. I usually then sleep with it on over night. Each bottle is good for about 4 wraps so it…

If you are looking for short term results, I'd suggest just doing one of those wraps. I usually do one before I go to a big event or something just for a confidence boost. It only lasts a day or two, but it does help to make you look slimmer.. Doing a crash diet usually just makes me feel crummy for a big event...

Interesting.... I'm curious what the recipe was.. Mind sharing?

Scales are the worst! They lie all the time... I know the scale isn't going down, but the inches are. This is proof that what you are doing is working even if it isn't showing in the pesky number! The first couple weeks were probably water weight as your body gets used to the new routine you have. The second two weeks, I…

Yummy! What do you use for the soup broth?

I second that!

My boyfriend and I are doing it this year! First timers! We've been going on runs the last two months to prepare and finally did a 10 miler two weekends ago. About mile 8/9 it started getting really hard. We walked probably 3 miles of it and finished in 2 hours and 15 minutes. My overall goal is to finish in under 2 hours…

I used to get them a lot. I played a lot of soccer and would get shin splints running on concrete all the time because my body wasn't used to the type of impact. I found the best thing is to 1) make sure you have good shoes.. if they are over a year old it may be time to get new ones and 2) I started doing shorter faster…

hahaha! I feel like that's how my "omelettes" always happen! :D

Made some crab cakes last night from a recipe I found on Hungry-Girl. Each cake is about 130 calories and oh so yummy! Paired it with an apple, cranberry, feta salad.

When I use IE on my desktop they look normal, but when I use IE on my Surface they come out huge! I wonder if it varies by device instead of by program used.

I have a pretty big bust and Victoria's Secrets always has some style of bathing suit I like. Helps to have a little more coverage in the top area where I need extra support. Plus, they sell separates which for me is key since I'm like an xxl on the top and a medium on the bottom.
