I can relate and have also gotten that question quite often, I was 430 and I think it is just people being curious because they cannot relate. They probably dont mean anything by it but wonder how it happens, it isnt an easy answer and often a painful story. I dont think anyone knows what it is like to live life carrying…

My 2Cents: When you eat healthy food and get the processed and high carb/sugar stuff out of your system food starts to taste different and you crave healthy things. There are foods that will taste good which you normally wouldnt enjoy eating and you will crave these healthy items once you have some time put into eating…

That's awesome! Thank you it does get easier, I settled for 7 years maintaining what I lost but finally decided to get an exercise routine started...I joined the gym. Wish I would have done it soon. I did get my plastic surgery on my stomach....that was life changing too! Keep pushing....happy to hear the success stories :)
