I started jogging. It was horrible at first. I actually enjoy it now. I have the same stats as you. I am way too chicken to go into a gym. Good luck at the gym.

I started braiding hemp, paracord, and other various ropes to make jewelry. It is so easy and I can give them away as gifts. It keeps me busy for hours. I forget about food completely.

This is great advice. I have the same problem with staying consistent. I will work really hard all month long then I get my TOM and it goes all down hill. Thank you.
