Biggest on for me is women thinking they will bulk up like a man if they do any strength training. Strength training is sooooo important to do!!

Thx for the support! I guess i just wanted to see what i can change to see if it will help. I hear so much diet info I just cant wrap ,y head around what is correct info and what is BS.

Thanks soo much guys for your responses!! I have lost 126 pounds so far and its just a struggle right now to lose the last little bit. I am trying to tone up and get rid of excess fat. I think that adding 0% Fage yogurt back to my diet wont be a bad thing. Everything in moderation!

I have heard that it is possible to work out too much, maybe your body needs a rest. You are doing about 1 and a half hours of cardio/workouts a day. Your body needs rest days to equalize everything. Try that possibly and see if that helps. This happened to me, and i cut down on my crazy exercises and the weight came…
