I 'm amazed that I had forgotten about skipping. Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to buy one and take it one skip at a time. Eventually, I imagine I could have my old wonderful fitness level back.

I'm weighing every day. I am strict with my diet. It can be mentally tough if I haven't lost anything. I'm learning about my body. The whole reason I am doing this is to become acquainted with how my body works so that I can make positive choices.

I ate all my calories in the evening because it annoyed me to stop and eat and prepare food during the day.
