I eat more junk in a day than most people on diets do in a week, however, I avg 10mi/day walking at over 5mph so I can, literally, eat whatever I want and still maintain an almost perfect body. Just sayin.

Each & every day, twice a day. I do it twice (morning & evening) so I can pick my favorite to record for the day LOL (to the person who posted about screaming in frustration over water-weight, I totally feel ya on THAT one gurl!)

I'm having the same problem. My boyfriend & roommate both tell me I'm obsessing - that I spend way too much time consumed on keeping track of what I eat & how much I exercise.
