I have ankle issues as well, but I've been doing calf raises daily and it's helping tremendously. In about 2 weeks I've gone from being able to only do 2-3 before I'd stop for the pain but now I can do 20-30 per set if I stretch and sometimes support my balance by laying a hand on the wall. I really recommend trying them…
