I use my heart rate monitor everytime I workout, and I just log the time & cals from that under cardio. regardless if my workout was strength/cardio or both.

Not Exactly unknown, but I have Disturbed's entire catalogue on my Ipod, and have had it set to "play all" for over a year. Its the perfect music for me to workout to at the Gym, and gives me the power to push out those last couple of reps, or run just a little bit further.

I will also be turning 40 in April, and am in week 2 of a 12 week challenge (personal challenge) to get as close as I can to my goal. We can do this!!!
