The main cause of my anxiety though was an excess carbondioxide bulid up in my blood stream, which was caused by improper breathing. (Chest breathing, which…

It would probably be safest just to go with which ever figure is the lowest. Either that or get yourself a heart rate monitor which would be the most accurate of the three options.

Soon to be 40 here (3 weeks) I will be fitter at 40 than I was at 30.
-
You are definately not alone, I have lost 22lbs over the past 9 weeks and still feel the same as I did nine weeks ago, I know the scale and the tape measure are proof that weight loss is happening, but I think I am so used to being a fat guy that its going to take time for me to mentally adjust to the change.

I have used the Wii fit a couple of times, and found it took to long between exercises and as a result, I couldnt keep my heart rate up. On a positive note though I found the yoga exercises with the wii fit board very good.

I have been a non smoker for 1.5 years now, which is the same time I have been working out. It is safe to say I have replaced my nicotine addiction with an endorphin addiction. Exercise makes me feel gooood!!
