I love walking as well... what i do is walk at intervals.. i walk for a few mins then speed walk for a few mins.. my HRM says my heart rate should be at 65% to be in the fat burning zone.. so i walk fast enough to keep it at 65% then speed up for a few mins to get it higher! LOL i felt the same way about 30 day shred! i tried to do that like 4 times and just didnt like it.. i thought it was so boring, so thats why i ordered the slim in 6 LOL
