It's pretty accurate I think. It really motivates me to move more and track my progress. I am more aware of how much I move, how long I actually sleep, and more. Great gift idea think.

Hello I'm in. I've had mfp acct for awhile now and didn't use it to its full potential. Today is a new day and I'm challenging myself to do and get better. I am determined to lose weight. I have about 80 lbs to lose.

Week 1 was pretty good. When I was unable to complete a day I double up the next. I have lost some weight. Just need to do better with logging everything. How do I create log for t25 under exercise. Good luck all on your next week.

Day 1 completed. I even did a 2 mile walk this evening. Drinking water is hard for me but I managed to get 20 oz down. good nite all.

Hi my name is Shaun and I weigh more than I should. I am 45 yrs old and need to get my butt in gear to lose weight. I would like to lose weight and tone. Because I get bored easily and have a hectic schedule I decided to get Shaun T and just do it. Good luck to all.

HI all. Need some help bad. Trying to get motivated and need the support. Ive started a number of programs and had MFP for quite some time and never really used it as I needed to. Any help, motivation, support you can offer would be great. About to start T25.
