I nurse my daughter 3 times a day. I log in food under breastfeeding and it gives me a negative calorie. 20 calores per ounce. I figure being 12 months she gets at least 15 oz a day or so.

Thats good, I'm so glad he had a better night. I would say keep your calories up and eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables that are low in calories but are great for your milk. I agree. If you want to keep the breastfeeding up maybe concentrate on your milk first. Just keep your food choices healthy and walk extra, the lbs came off so nicely for me when I was honestly working at it. Besides the more you nurse the more calories you burn. Such a win win situation!

First of all congrats on all the weight loss, great job!! I don't think you sbould be feeling dizzy and weak though, that's not good :( Perhaps you need to throw some healthy snacking into your diet. Look back at your meals... are they balanced with everything your body needs to be operating healthly???
